What’s happening with Samsung Theme Park?
Samsung’s Theme Park app, a powerful customization tool within the Good Lock suite for Galaxy smartphones, allows users to personalize their device’s user interface far beyond the standard options offered by One UI. A key feature is the ability to adjust the colors of various UI elements, either by selecting from a color picker or by directly entering a specific color code.
Recently, users have reported a frustrating bug when using the color code input method. When attempting to delete a color code using the backspace key, the cursor moves left, but the code itself remains unchanged, preventing users from easily entering new color values. This issue has been widely discussed on Samsung’s community forums.

Samsung Responds to User Concerns
The issue was brought to Samsung’s attention on their Korean Community forum, where a user described the problem: ”When I press the erase button, the code doesn’t get erased and the cursor keeps moving to the left. Is it just me?” Fortunately, a Samsung moderator responded, confirming that the issue is known and will be addressed in an upcoming update to the Theme Park app (Samsung Community Forum, Sammyguru, SammyFans).
What Can You Do in the Meantime?
As of today, August 20, 2025, Samsung has not announced a specific release date for the fix. Until the update is available, users experiencing this issue have a couple of workarounds:
- Use Preset Themes: Explore the available preset themes within Theme Park.
- Disable Theme Park: Temporarily disable the app if the color issue is disruptive.
