Hudson Sustainable Group,a global renewable⁣ energy investor with over $13 billion in deployed capital,will⁤ provide capital and co-development support. This⁢ is under a master framework agreement granting ‍priority access to select NextNRG projects, including utility-scale solar installations and smart⁤ microgrids.

NextNRG will also gain access to investment opportunities led ⁤by Hudson in⁢ areas such as ⁤fleet electrification ⁢and municipal‍ microgrids.
