NextNRG, Inc., an AI-driven energy infrastructure firm, is partnering with Hudson Sustainable Group to speed up the development of solar, battery storage, microgrid, and wireless EV charging projects. The collaboration aims to expand access to renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure.
Hudson Sustainable Group,a global renewable energy investor with over $13 billion in deployed capital,will provide capital and co-development support. This is under a master framework agreement granting priority access to select NextNRG projects, including utility-scale solar installations and smart microgrids.
NextNRG will also gain access to investment opportunities led by Hudson in areas such as fleet electrification and municipal microgrids. The partnership establishes a scalable capital framework for long-term infrastructure expansion, moving beyond individual investments to foster sustainable growth.
