Nexus Mods, a prominent website for game modifications, announced a change in ownership. The site’s founder, Robin ‘Dark0ne’ Scott, is relinquishing control to Chosen, a company founded in January 2025. The declaration lacked specifics, prompting community inquiry into the new owners.

Online sleuths identified Victor Folmann and Marinus Elgaard as the “Victor and Marinus” mentioned in Scott’s initial post. Nikolaj Nyholm is also part of the ownership group.
