Al Hilal Saudi Club Raises Asian List for AFC Elite Champions League
Al Hilal Saudi Club has raised its Asian list in the AFC to participate in the AFC Elite Champions League.
Neymar Tops the Asian Charts
According to Saudi newspaper Al-Riyadiya, the official list of the Al-Hilali leader is topped by Brazilian star Neymar. The list currently consists of 31 players, including 9 foreigners and several young players.
The Asian Scoring List System allows for 5 name corrections, provided that these corrections are made at least five days before the team’s first match in the tournament. After the deadline, the submitted list is considered final until the finalization of the group stage.
Registration for clubs will be reopened to coincide with the upcoming winter transfer period.
Neymar has not been named in the local list of “Al-Zaim” yet due to injury.
Al Hilal will begin their matches in the continental championship on September 17 when they visit Qatar’s Al Rayyan in the Qatari capital Doha.
