On the second day of the Cityscape International Exhibition in Riyadh, the National Housing Company (NHC) signed 21 strategic agreements and partnerships. These agreements focus on supply, logistics services, and interior design. NHC aims to build integrated and sustainable communities that meet the needs of everyone.

One notable agreement is with “Solutions by STC” to develop technical services for the “Sakani” and “Baladi” platforms, as well as with the “Sakan” Foundation for housing inspections. NHC also partnered with “Ardara” for sustainability assessment and with “LX” and “K-water” for knowledge transfer. Additionally, NHC signed a deal with “2GIS” for technical services and with “Roshen” Group for residential and sustainability assessment.

NHC has agreements with “Takamul” on a Professional Accreditation Program and plans to cooperate with the General Authority for Roads to enhance road infrastructure. They also partnered with “Al-Fahad” for maintenance and cleaning services and secured a green loan with a French bank.

In residential projects, NHC signed investment agreements with companies like “Dar and Imar,” “Azdan,” “Maya,” Abdul Rahman Al-Rashed Company, and Muhammad Al-Habib Company to create community centers in urban areas.

For the supply chain, NHC partnered with local and international firms. “Bahra” will supply cables and wires, while “Al-Naser” will provide high-quality lighting products to improve energy efficiency.
