NHC announced the signing of several strategic agreements on the first day of its participation in the Cityscape exhibition as a founding partner, aimed at improving infrastructure and housing projects in the state in partnership with a group of local and international companies using the latest. Technological and environmental solutions.
The most notable of these agreements was signed by NHC in the presence of Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogel, Minister of Municipalities and Housing, and Ihab Bin Ghazi Al, Deputy Minister and Chairman of NHC’s Board of Directors. An agreement with Hashani, Al-Othaim Investments, SMC Specialized Hospital, Tatvir Holding Company and Korean company Navar, and a tripartite agreement with Chinese CITIC Group and Rafal Real Estate Development.
Besides signing a memorandum of understanding with Al-Baha Municipality, NHC has signed a strategic partnership with STC Group and an agreement with Al-Rawaf Contracting Company, Johnson Controls Arabia Limited (York) and Haier to supply innovative air conditioning systems. And invest in logistics areas and localize industry which is one of the most important elements of creating modern residential projects to ensure the comfort and safety of residents. NHC has extended its partnership with “Munir Abdullah Al-Munif Factory”, which specializes in the supply of heat pipes, contributing to the development of sustainable solutions in housing projects.
It has signed two agreements with Al Raji Bank and Bank Al Bilad to provide exclusive offers for the company’s projects in all regions of the Kingdom.
In addition, NHC has entered into an agreement with “Al-Fanar” for the supply of electrical panels and signed a memorandum of understanding with “Fumi Factory” (Green Building Solutions Company) on the localization of eco-friendly building solutions industry. In addition to an agreement between Al-Raem Company and Haier for a supply chain platform, NHC is consistent with sustainability principles in all its destinations.
