Nikita Mirzani Reports Alleged Bribery to KPK Amidst Extortion adn money Laundering Claims

Celebrity nikita Mirzani has filed a complaint with Indonesia’s Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) alleging bribery involving law enforcement officials. The move comes amidst ongoing scrutiny surrounding allegations of extortion and money laundering (TPPU) against Mirzani.

According to a receipt of the report shared on Nikita mirzani’s instagram account (@nikitamirzanimawardi_172), the complaint was submitted on August 8, 2025, under letter number 011/VII/2025. The filing specifically concerns “complaints of alleged criminal acts of corruption and/or should be suspected of bribery against law enforcement.”

The KPK has confirmed its openness to receiving and reviewing all public reports. KPK spokesman Budi Prasetyo stated that the commission will conduct a thorough review to determine if the allegations fall under the criteria for corruption.

“The KPK is certainly open to all reports from the community, of course later it will be accepted and followed up, a Telaah and initial verification will be carried out whether the report is included in the criteria for corruption or not,” Prasetyo explained at the KPK Building in Kuningan, South Jakarta, on Monday.

Confidentiality and Investigation Process

While acknowledging the receipt of the report,Prasetyo refrained from disclosing further details,including whether the complaint has been officially accepted. He emphasized that updates on the investigation will be communicated directly to Mirzani as the reporter.

“As a form of transparency and accountability to the follow-up of each report received, the KPK will submit its updates to the reporter, only convey to the reporter,” Prasetyo said.

to protect the safety and confidentiality of the reporter, the KPK will not publicly disclose the identity of the complainant or specific details of the allegations. However,prasetyo assured that the commission will diligently examine the facts provided.

“But of course later the report material we will check, we will examine, whether the information conveyed is correct, valid, later it will be paid and verified and whatever the results will definitely be conveyed to the reporter,” he added.
