Nikita was ‌arrested in gurugram, while her mother and brother were taken into custody in Prayagraj.All three were subsequently produced in court⁣ and remanded to ‍14-day judicial ⁢custody.

Arrested after several​ days on the run, ⁤Nikita⁣ claims ⁤that‍ she was the victim of⁣ harassment ‌from⁤ Atul, not the other way around.

Speaking to ​police, Nikita stated that ​she had been living separately from Atul ⁣for ​nearly three years.⁤ “Why would I live separately from⁣ him if I was harassing him for money?” she questioned, directly addressing the allegations made ⁢in Atul’s suicide note and video.
