Fort Worth, Texas – Novaria Group, a portfolio company of Arcline Investment Management, has acquired Plasma Ruggedized Solutions (PRS), a San Jose, California-based provider of specialized coatings for sensitive electronic components. PRS specializes in parylene coating, a conformal coating process, alongside potting and encapsulation solutions.
