[이코노미스트 원태영 기자]Public relations agency NPR announced on the 1st that it has signed a partnership with Sprout Social, a global solution company, and will supply solutions equipped with social media management and social intelligence analysis functions to Korea.
‘Sprout Social’, which NPR supplies to Korea, is a SaaS (rental software)-based solution that supports all globally used social media such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, can be integrated and managed. In addition, it is equipped with social monitoring and social listening functions that analyze competitors as well as the latest trends in specific fields through social media, enabling optimal social media strategy implementation.
Unlike some social media-related solutions that specialize in only one management function or analysis function such as social listening, Sprout Social features management and analysis in one solution. It is a social management solution that has become widespread in the global market, with more than 30,000 companies around the world using it.
All content registered on social media can be managed from the planning to posting and analysis stages within one dashboard along with all personnel such as companies, partners, and customers who do not subscribe to the solution, so content can be sent via separate email or file. Work efficiency can be improved by integrated management rather than dispersion.
Due to these characteristics, various global companies, including companies that directly operate social media as well as advertising agencies, are operating a collaboration system through Sprout Social where multiple entities manage social media in an integrated manner.
The company explained that through this collaboration system, corporate crises caused by personal mistakes or security leaks of social media managers can be prevented in advance.
The data analysis-based AI engine is linked, making it possible to establish and execute strategies for the best performance in the design and text production stages of social media content.
The social listening function, which analyzes positive, negative and various performance indicators on competitors or social media, can be used to construct efficient campaigns and evaluate and establish social media strategies. In particular, the feature is that content on specific topics mentioned on social media is monitored in real time, enabling personalized strategies and rapid responses.
The solution can be used on a subscription basis, and anyone can operate it on the web and mobile without installing separate software. In particular, a package is also operated in which social marketing experts from each country provide additional consulting necessary for establishing social marketing strategies for each global market.
Youngjun Yoon, CEO of NPR, said, “Following global influencer marketing, NPR is expanding to a global social marketing management platform and expanding support measures for Korean companies to advance into the global market.” He added, “We provide a variety of support measures for global expansion from small and medium-sized businesses, startups, as well as large corporations. “You may be able to get help,” he said.
