Oda’s Road to the Final
The Japan Open wheelchair tennis category started in 2019. Oda, 18, won his first championship last year by defeating Sanada in the final.
This season, he won titles at the Australian Open (Australia/Melbourne, Hard, Grand Slam) and French Open (France/Paris, Red Clay, Grand Slam), as well as the Paris Paralympics (France/Paris, Red Clay, Grand Slam) held this month.
