The attack comes as U.S.-initiated peace negotiations between Russia and Ukraine have reached an impasse, and Moscow has intensified its aerial assaults.
Odesa Governor Oleh Kiper reported that rescue workers recovered two bodies from a destroyed residential building. He added that the overnight attack left 14 wounded, three of whom were children.
Elsewhere,in the Kherson region,Gov. Oleksandr Prokudin said that Russian forces killed one person and wounded three others in strikes that targeted critical infrastructure, residential areas and social services.
