The series centers around Ned sampson (Domhnall gleeson), a passionate journalist who takes the helm as editor-in-chief of an Ohio newspaper struggling to survive in a declining local media landscape. He’s tasked with revitalizing the Toledo Truth Teller
and inspiring its eclectic team of employees. Gleeson is joined by a talented ensemble cast including Sabrina Impacciatore, Chelsea Frei, Melvin Gregg, Gbemisola ikumelo, Alex Edelman, Ramona Young, and Tim Key.
