Background and Legal Basis
HAVING SEEN File No. EX-2025-140168414-APN-CGDYD#MDYTE, Laws Nos. 14,250 (to 2004) and its modification, 18,753, 24,156 and its modifications and 24,185 and its modification, Decree Nos. 183 of February 10, 1988 and 322 of May 5, 2017 and administrative Decisions Nos. 28 of February 1, 2024 and 1 of January 6, 2025, and
CONSIDERING:
That Law No. 18,753 establishes that the TECHNICAL ADVISORY COMMITTEE ON SALARY POLICY OF THE PUBLIC SECTOR will be in charge of the study,analysis and evaluation of measures aimed at establishing a coordinated and harmonious salary policy,with respect to the organizations and entities of the National Public Sector.
That by Decree No. 183/88, among other issues, the representation of the employer sector was defined in order to integrate the Commission for the Discussion of Collective Labor Agreements in the field of the public sector, established by Law no.18,753 and the guidelines to be observed where established.
That through Decree No. 322/17, among other things, the integration of the employer sector in the Negotiating Commissions established within the framework of Law No. 14,250 (to 2004) and its modification was delimited, in which decentralized organizations intervene, the latter including social security institutions and state entities or state companies and companies included in article 8, paragraph b) of Law no. 24,156 and its modifications.
That through Administrative Decision No. 28 of February 1, 2024, the integration of the employer sector in the Negotiating Commissions established within the framework of Law No. 14,250 (to 2004) and its modification was delimited, in which decentralized organizations intervene, the latter including social security institutions and state entities or state companies and companies included in article 8, paragraph b) of Law No. 24,156 and its modifications.
