Key Promotions

Several individuals within the Oilers organization have been ​promoted ⁤to ⁤positions of increased duty.

• Justin Mahé -⁤ Director, Hockey⁢ Analysis: Mahé’s​ promotion signifies ⁢the Oilers’ growing emphasis on data-driven decision-making.
• Shaun Mahé‌ – Manager, ⁢hockey Systems & Design: Shaun Mahé will focus on optimizing the team’s on-ice systems and strategic design.

New Additions to the hockey operations Team

The Oilers have also added several new‌ members to their‍ hockey operations‌ staff, bringing diverse ‌experience and⁢ expertise to the organization.

• Nik Coric – Pro scout: Coric​ will be responsible for evaluating professional players, ⁣both within and outside ​the NHL.
• Jesse saarinen – ⁢Amateur Scout: saarinen will focus on identifying and evaluating potential draft picks and ‍unsigned amateur players.
• Ron Anderson – College Scout: Anderson brings a wealth of experience from his 15 seasons ‍as ⁣head Coach of Merrimack College (NCAA)​ from ⁣1983 to 1998. As a player, Anderson had two seasons at Boston University and⁣ a six-year professional career, including⁣ a season with the Washington ‌Capitals.
• Mike Rabideau – Shooting Consultant: Rabideau will work with ‍players at all ​levels of the organization to improve their ⁢shooting skills.
• Ryan Marsh ​- Scout: Marsh joins the Oilers⁢ after two seasons ‍as Head Coach of the Spruce Grove‌ Saints (AJHL/BCHL). Before that, he spent 20⁢ seasons ‍as an assistant​ coach with organizations​ including the Edmonton Oil Kings​ (WHL), ‌Saskatoon Blades (WHL), Schwenninger Wild Wings (DEL), and ​the University ​of Alberta Golden Bears (USports).
• Kris Horn – manager,Team Services: Horn comes⁣ to ‌the Oilers from the Bakersfield⁤ Condors,where ‍he served as Manager⁢ of⁤ Team Services and Video for three seasons.Prior to Bakersfield, ⁢he held ‍positions at Army West Point and ‍various ‍other ⁣NCAA hockey programs.
