The Panthers’ agitation tactics clearly had an impact.Kane ‌took two penalties early in the game, and later slashed Carter Verhaeghe. Corey Perry ⁣taunted the Panthers, while Walman squirted water at the Florida ‌bench after A.J. Greer took his glove.

With just over nine minutes remaining, Trent frederic cross-checked Sam Bennett, triggering a near line brawl. Bennett landed punches on Frederic while a linesman restrained him.
