Ojda Takes the Lead: A Thrilling Victory in the Cup
Jeddah First Division to Face Al-Raed in Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Cup
The Jeddah First Division football team is set to meet its opponents Al-Raed at the Prince Abdullah Al-Faisal Sports City Stadium in Jeddah on Wednesday, marking their first duel in the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Cup competition.
Under the guidance of Spanish coach Ivan Carrasco, Jeddah’s team has been working on a balanced strategy, focusing on closing down areas, quick transitions to the opposition’s goal, and capitalizing on available opportunities.
Meanwhile, Al-Raed’s coach, Brazilian Odair Hellman, has been relying on Algerian Amir Sayoud and Moroccan Karim Al-Barkaoui to lead the team alongside Saleh Al-Omari.
Currently, Al-Raed is tenth in the Roshan League, with four points collected from one win, one draw, and two defeats. Jeddah, on the other hand, is leading the Yellow League competition for first-class clubs, along with NEOM and Al-Hazm teams, with 10 points each after defeating Al-Batin in their previous match.
