“We are extremely proud to announce the return of Herbstfest – the Autumn Festival of the German Economy in Cluj-Napoca, after a break of seven years. This festival has always been a point of reference in promoting economic and cultural relations between Germany and Romania. And this year we will facilitate access to opportunities to collaborate and exchange ideas. Our program includes a variety of economic and cultural activities aimed at celebrating our common heritage and strengthening bilateral ties.”
The festival is open to all those interested in discovering the cultural, economic, and informational side of the business community in Cluj-Napoca. Regardless of age or background, Herbstfest offers activities and events to attract and acquaint the public with the importance and impact of German culture and economy in the Northern Transylvania region.
“Our festival has three main aims: promoting exchange and collaboration, developing education, and strengthening community. By bringing together German companies, students, and the public, we want to facilitate economic and cultural exchange, support continuing education and professional development through scientific debates and conferences, and promote friendship, hospitality, and precision. Herbstfest is aimed at German companies and Germanophiles, German-speaking expats and students, as well as the entire German academic environment. But, most importantly, our event is addressed to all those interested in exploring the cultural, economic, and informational side of the business community in Cluj-Napoca.”
