Ukrainian Oleksandr Usyk has become a reunited world champion (WBA, WBC, WBO, IBF) heavy goods vehicles after his victory by K.-O. At the fifth round on the British Daniel Dubois, Saturday July 19 in Wembley, London. The boxer from Crimea, 38 years old, remains undefeated in the queen category after his 24e success.

Before this reunification fight, he had WBA, WBC, WBO belts. On Saturday, the boxer delighted the IBF belt to his opponent to become the undisputed champion that he had already been in early 2024.

The duel between the two men was the revenge of August 2023 in Wroclaw, Poland, when the Ukrainian had already dominated his opponent, of eleven years his younger, by judgment of the referee in the ninth round.

“I thank Jesus. I thank my team. I thank Wembley “said Usyk, who has regularly declared in the past that he also fought for the Ukrainian people. “Tonight, this success is for people around the world”he added, before explaining that he was now going to take a few months of rest.
