Omori participated as a factory rider with the “ZAETA CORSE TRICOLORE TEAM” from the opening round onwards. The race took place in King’s Lynn, a traditional trading town about 160km from London. The temperature was cold, which was unusual for August, and the rain continued until the evening, forcing all the riders to fight on a track with conditions that were far from favorable. The race in King’s Lynn was the first in the history of the FIM Flat Track World Championship, and it was also Omori’s first challenge on the course.
Omori’s participation in the FIM Flat Track World Championship is a significant milestone for Asian riders, and his determination to succeed is an inspiration to many. Despite the challenges he faced in the third round, he remains hopeful for the next round in France.
