Sale Statistics and Top-Selling Yearlings
According to Standardbred Canada, a total of 123 yearlings sold during the auction for a combined gross of $2,309,583 ($1,662,900 USD). The sale produced an average price of $18,778 ($13,520 USD), which marked a decrease of approximately 10.1 per cent compared to the average price recorded at the previous year’s Goshen Yearling Sale.
Reporting by Daily Racing Form put the gross at $1,662,900 for 123 sold yearlings, noting that the average dipped from the previous year’s figure of $15,009 across 109 yearlings, even as the overall gross increased from $1,636,000.
Following the sale topper, the second-highest priced yearling was Brother Lucas, a Crazy Wow colt purchased for $69,444 ($50,000 USD) by agent Ron Harp of Oneida, New York, as reported by Standardbred Canada. Consigned by Leatherstocking Equine as agent, Brother Lucas is the fifth foal out of Perfect Mass and a full sibling to multiple New York Sire Stakes-winning filly Sister Mary Maude.
Jamari, designated as Hip 92, secured the third spot with a purchase price of $48,611 ($35,000 USD). Consigned by Silver Tradition Stable and bought by Paul Kelley of Lake Worth, Florida, the colt is eligible for both New York and Kentucky programs and is the first foal out of the unraced Muscle Hill mare Linda Paloma.
Pedigree and Consignment Details
One Adam Twelve is sired by Huntsville and is out of the New Jersey Sire Stakes champion mare One Last Kiss. According to Standardbred Canada, the dam has produced six winners earning upwards of $100,000, including Pennsylvania Sire Stakes champion Say Goodnight, whose progeny earnings reach $529,845. The colt’s full siblings include Gone Before Dawn and OBJ.
Daily Racing Form noted that three trotters—Brother Lucas, Jamari, and Doin The Met—rounded out the top positions on the sales board behind the pacing topper. Doin The Met was consigned by Winbak Farm and acquired by Timothy Drag for $34,000. Rounding out the top five, a colt named Going Savage from the inaugural crop of Cannibal drew a winning bid of $33,000 from Our Three Sons Racing after being consigned by Leatherstocking Equine.
Pacer One Adam Twelve topped the 2026 Goshen Yearling Sale on Monday, Sept. 14, fetching $106,944 ($77,000 USD) at the Mark Ford Training Center in Middletown, New York, according to Standardbred Canada. Mark Ford of Campbell Hall, New York, placed the winning bid on the colt, which was offered as Hip 113 from the Cameo Hills Farm consignment.
