Uttar Pradesh Weather: Orange Alert Issued for Heavy Rainfall
Updated June 03, 2025
The Meteorological Department has issued an orange alert for Uttar Pradesh, warning of heavy rain, thunderstorms, and lightning in more than 30 districts. This follows recent widespread showers that brought relief from the summer heat.

Daytime temperatures are expected to drop by 2–4°C in the next 24 hours, followed by a significant jump of 4–6°C from Friday onward.
