Events commemorating the 40th anniversary of the establishment of the Brazil SGI (Soka Gakkai International) Educational Headquarters were held from October 11th to 13th.
On the 13th, a general meeting was held at the Brazil SGI Natural Culture Center. After viewing the commemorative video, the three representatives loudly proclaimed their pledge to Soka Education. After reporting on the activities, Director of Education Algisia Farias emphasized, “Education begins with good behavior.” Chairman Siratori called on each person to be a role model, aiming for education that builds social norms.

A Nordic/Norwegian gathering to commemorate the 60th anniversary of Professor Ikeda’s visit was held on the 16th of the same month at the Norwegian Hall in Oslo, the capital, and other locations.
