The school, located at 17650 S.E. Brooklyn St., serves approximately 865 students in grades 6 through 8. Public health officials are urging anyone who visited the site during specific time windows in April to consult a health care provider to assess their risk.

According to the Oregon Health Authority, individuals may have been exposed to someone infected with the measles if they were at Centennial Middle School between 9:20 a.m. And 6 p.m. On the following dates:

- April 10, 2026
The OHA did not specify whether the individual responsible for the exposure was an adult or a child.
