■ I would be happy if I could make meals every day quickly and enjoyably without having to work hard, and bring more smiles to the dinner table.

–The recipe for “This is addictive! Grilled Cheese Sandwich” has been a big hit, with over 5.75 million views. What inspired you to create this recipe? If there was anything that inspired you to create it, please tell us.

“Yaki-onigiri has been loved for many years, even as a frozen food, transcending time. We used to make them by hand at home, but I thought that if I put cheese in between them, my children would be even happier. That’s how the Yaki-Chee Sandwich was born.”

–Please tell us some tips on how to make this recipe even more delicious and some points to be careful of when cooking it.

“When you mix yakiniku sauce and soy sauce into the rice, the water content increases and the rice becomes more likely to fall apart, so I think it might be better to cook the rice with less water.”

–You share easy meals that can be made in 10 minutes every day. What do you value most when creating recipes?

“I’m lazy but also impatient, so when I create recipes I think about how I can reduce the amount of work and washing up involved in cooking. I also don’t deep fry food because it’s a pain to clean the kitchen and dispose of oil. I don’t measure out seasonings, either. I can’t cook food that requires long periods of simmering. I don’t want to feel stressed about cooking, so I cook freely and enjoyably in my own way, without being bound by stereotypes or rules.”

–Is there anything you want to convey to users through this account? Please tell us your thoughts.

“I want to make recipes that people who love cooking but are busy with work or raising children, or who aren’t good at cooking, can make meals quickly and enjoyably without the stress of making them every day, and bring a smile to both the cook and the eater! I’ve heard from many people that ‘I don’t have to try so hard! Cooking has reduced my stress’ and ‘cooking has become fun’. I hope to continue to make recipes that can be used as references for your daily meals through Tajimeshi.”
