Two Lebanese brothers were martyred today, Monday, in an Israeli raid on southern Lebanon. According to the Ministry of Health, this brings the number of martyrs consequently of Israeli raids on lebanon as Thursday to 13, while Israel has intensified the pace of its raids this month.
Although the Ceasefire is approaching its first anniversary, Israel continues to violate the agreement and launch air strikes, especially in the south of the contry. Israel claims it is indeed targeting military structures and members of Hezbollah, accusing them of transferring combat means or attempting to rebuild the party’s capabilities.
Two Brother Martyrs in Al-Bayyad

Israel intensified its raids this week. Three people were martyred yesterday, Sunday, in raids on southern and eastern Lebanon, according to the Ministry of Health. The Israeli army reported that it had eliminated Ali Hussein al-Moussawi, claiming he was a ”weapons smuggler in Hezbollah,” and another person in the town of Naqoura, alleging he was responsible for the relationship between Hezbollah and the residents of the region.
From the beginning of this October until October 27th, Israeli raids have resulted in 23 martyrs, including a Syrian and an elderly woman, according to data from the Lebanese Ministry of Health.
“They Will Not Achieve Their goals”
Coinciding with the Israeli escalation, Secretary General of Hezbollah Naim Qassem stated in an interview with the party’s Al-Manar channel on Sunday night that Israel is following this pace “as there is an American-Israeli decision that says this pace helps put pressure on America to take politics unless Israel takes it to war.”
Qasim stressed that his party is ready to “defend” if necessary. He said: “Now,if they continue,they will not achieve their goals,as we are present and ready and the resistance is there and wants to defend.”
