With the 2023 season concluded, attention now turns to the 2024 WTA tour. The rankings are expected to see significant shifts as players compete in upcoming tournaments, especially the Australian Open in January. The absence of ranking events at the end of 2023 created a period of stability, but the new season will undoubtedly bring dynamic changes to the leaderboard. Players will be vying for points to improve their seeding and qualify for major events throughout the year.
