A former DoorDash driver appeared in Oswego County Court on Friday, May 1, 2026, following a grand jury indictment on felony charges related to the recording and public dissemination of a customer’s private images.
Olivia Henderson, 23, faces two criminal counts after she allegedly filmed an unconscious and partially naked man during a food delivery and shared the footage on TikTok. The case highlights the intersection of gig-economy worker conduct, the role of home surveillance technology in criminal investigations, and the enforcement of platform privacy policies.
Incident and Digital Evidence
The incident occurred on October 12, 2025, when Henderson arrived at a residence in Oswego to complete a delivery. According to investigators, the customer was incapacitated on his couch due to alcohol consumption and was partially unclothed, with his pants and underwear around his ankles.
Henderson recorded the man and subsequently posted the video to her TikTok account, @irlmonsterhighdoll. Following the upload, Henderson claimed she had been a victim of sexual harassment or assault during the encounter, asserting that she had witnessed the man in that state through an open door.
However, the Oswego Police Department’s investigation utilized Ring camera footage from the residence to reconstruct the event. Police reported that the video evidence contradicted Henderson’s account, showing her opening the door to the home herself. Investigators determined that the man had not invited Henderson inside and that no sexual assault had occurred.
Platform Policy and Deactivation
The viral nature of the video led to immediate action from DoorDash. The company permanently deactivated Henderson’s account after learning the footage had been shared on social media.
Posting a video of a customer in their home, and disclosing their personal details publicly, is a clear violation of our policies. That is the sole reason that this Dasher’s account was deactivated, along with the customer’s, while we investigated.
DoorDash Statement
DoorDash also temporarily deactivated the customer’s account during the initial investigation to minimize potential fallout and maintain platform security. Henderson disputed the company’s motives in a series of TikTok posts, claiming at one point that they just punished me for reporting my sexual assault while DoorDashing
.
Legal Charges and Court Proceedings
Henderson was arrested on November 10, 2025, and charged with one count of unlawful surveillance in the second degree and one count of dissemination of an unlawful surveillance image in the first degree. Both charges are classified as felonies under New York state law.

During her court appearance on May 1, 2026, Henderson remained silent as the proceedings continued following the grand jury’s approval of the counts against her. Her public defender noted that while local reporting had been accurate, national media and social media users had circulated fabricated images and incorrect information regarding the client.
If convicted on both felony counts, Henderson could face a sentence of up to 8 years in prison.
Prosecutors are currently in the process of sharing discovery materials and evidence with the defense. Henderson is scheduled to return to court in early June 2026.
