Outpost Expands Truck Terminal network Across key U.S. Freight Hubs

Outpost, a national network of truck terminals and fleet yards, is growing its footprint with new properties in Dallas, the Inland Empire, Las Vegas and Savannah. This expansion is part of a $500 million strategic investment to broaden its industrial outdoor storage (IOS) and logistics real estate platform.
The acquisitions mark Outpost’s entry into Nevada and Georgia, extending its reach across major U.S.freight corridors. The company is shifting from standalone fleet yards to complete, shared-use freight terminals. These terminals will offer cross-docks, warehouses, maintenance facilities, office space and drop yard acreage.
The Dallas site, Outpost’s fourth in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, is a 27-acre former FedEx terminal. It features a 154-door cross-dock, a nine-bay drive-thru maintenance shop, 7,552 square feet of office space and 800 parking spots.
In Las Vegas, the company’s first Nevada location spans 12 acres. It includes a 38,000-square-foot flex building with warehouse and office space, plus a separate 16,000-square-foot industrial building. Plans call for redeveloping the site to include secure paved parking.
Outpost’s second Inland Empire location covers four acres. The facility has an 8,200-square-foot cross-dock with 26 dock doors and a 2,100-square-foot maintenance facility.
The Savannah terminal, Outpost’s first in Georgia and second in the Southeast, occupies 10 acres. This site extends outpost’s presence into a rapidly growing port and logistics hub.

“Freight demand shifts faster than fixed infrastructure,” said Trent Cameron, Outpost co-founder and CEO. “Recent tariff policy changes reflect just how quickly the supply chain can move. Our terminal network is uniquely built for that kind of volatility, giving fleets new options to run their regional operations and expand their footprint without capital burden.”
What’s next
All four sites are currently under progress and are expected to open later in 2025, enhancing Outpost’s freight terminal network and providing crucial industrial outdoor storage (IOS) solutions.
