Pacha New York has announced the details for its official opening weekend, featuring headline performances by Michael Bibi and Black Coffee. The new venue is scheduled to open to the public on June 20, 2026, marking the return of the Pacha brand to New York City for the first time since its previous Manhattan location closed in 2016.
The opening festivities will begin on June 20 with a headline set from Michael Bibi. This appearance is currently his only announced non-festival date in the United States. The following night, June 21, Black Coffee will head up the proceedings; this performance represents the sole U.S. Stop on his summer schedule.
Venue Transition and Management
Pacha New York will be located in the Williamsburg building at 140 Stewart Ave, the site that formerly housed the Brooklyn Mirage. The transition follows a period of significant instability for the previous venue, which faced a year of disruption and filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in August 2025.
The bankruptcy filing cited $155.3 million in debt, which was partly attributed to a $30 million renovation that failed to pass safety inspections. In February 2026, it was revealed that the Dubai-based FIVE Holdings, Pacha’s parent company, entered into a long-term agreement to assume full operational management of the Brooklyn Mirage and The Great Hall complex.
Under the new management structure, the Mirage site will operate as Pacha New York on a seasonal basis from June through October. This mirrors the original summer-season model of the venue. Meanwhile, The Great Hall will continue to operate year-round as a multi-genre arena for live acts and next-generation sounds, with further upgrades planned.

For us, New York is not simply a new chapter — it is a statement of intent about the scale of our aspirations and the cultural impact we are here to create.
Resolution of Previous Ticket Claims
As part of the transition, Pacha New York’s operators have addressed outstanding financial issues left by the previous management. On April 7, 2026, the venue notified approximately 30,000 ticket and season pass holders who had not received refunds for cancelled Brooklyn Mirage events prior to the bankruptcy filing.

The operators stated that these affected individuals will receive the full value of their original tickets in the form of credits. These credits will be redeemable for Pacha food, drink, and merchandise through January 1, 2029.

New York, we heard you. We’ve reached out directly to everyone affected by past Brooklyn Mirage refunds. While those weren’t on us, we’re stepping up anyway — because that’s how the city moves.
