Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev have renewed their commitment to expand their strategic partnership through increased investment. The leaders met in Azerbaijan’s Lachin District during Sharif’s four-nation tour,where they discussed strengthening bilateral ties.
Sharif expressed gratitude for Azerbaijan’s support during Pakistan’s recent military confrontation with India. Aliyev had previously congratulated Sharif on Pakistan’s “remarkable success” in the conflict.
