Hopes of life will be born from the tragedy, also in Palermo. Seven people will receive the organs of Filippo Verterame, the 22-year-old from Isola capo Rizzuto mortally wounded in the throat wiht a stabbing at the height of a fight that broke out in the seaside resort in Cinnamon, in Calabria. The young man died yesterday at the Pugliese-Ciaccio hospital in Catanzaro where the doctors tried in vain to save him.The carotid wound, however, left him no way out.
