Butter, a pancake cafe operated by Baycrews Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Shigeru Sugimura), is a British-bornThe first collaboration menu with “Classic Teddy” will be sold at all Butter stores for a limited time from Wednesday, September 4, 2024 to Thursday, October 31, 2024.

The lineup for this collaboration includes two main dishes and a drink menu, all designed with a cute teddy bear based on the Classic Teddy motif. The main dishes are “Classic Teddy Houjicha and Japanese Chestnut Cream Souffle Pancakes” and “Classic Teddy Mushroom Sauce Omelette Rice,” and the drink menu includes “Classic Teddy Houjicha Chestnut Latte.”
In addition, from Wednesday, October 16, 2024, the “Classic Teddy Hojicha and Japanese Chestnut Cream Souffle Pancakes” will be changed to a Halloween version, and the “Classic Teddy Hojicha and Purple Sweet Potato Cream Souffle Pancakes” will be released with a purple sweet potato cream flavor.

The “Classic Teddy Hojicha and Japanese Chestnut Cream Souffle Pancakes” are made with a homemade chestnut cream made from a generous paste of Japanese chestnuts harvested in Ehime Prefecture, and are decorated with a slightly bitter caramel sauce, chestnuts with their skins on, hojicha meringue, and almond crunch.
The “Classic Teddy Houjicha and Purple Sweet Potato Cream Souffle Pancakes,” which will be switched to the Halloween version from Wednesday, October 16, 2024, will be transformed into a cute version with a bright purple cream made from purple sweet potato paste and chocolate horns.
