The Florida Panthers delivered a decisive blow to the Edmonton Oilers, winning Game 3 by a score of 6-1 on Monday night. This victory gives Florida a 2-1 lead in the Stanley cup final. the panthers capitalized on Edmonton’s mistakes,showcasing their depth and skill.
Brad Marchand, at 37, made history as the oldest player to score in each of the first three games of a Final. Sam Bennett contributed a goal, his playoff-leading 14th, after a hit on Vasily Podkolzin led to a breakaway. Florida’s offense proved too much for the Oilers to handle.
