London-based collective Parade is set to release its debut mixtape, “Lightning Hit the Trees,” on July 11.The eight-member group, including a fashion designer and a visual artist, formed in Brighton and now records in a disused shipping container in South London. Their sound defies easy categorization, blending elements of jazz, post-rock, and experimental noise.
Parade’s recent debut single offered a taste of their eclectic style.
