, was held at St. Monica’s Catholic Church in Santa Monica.
Muldoon died on April 19, 2026. While the death was initially reported as a heart attack, a death certificate obtained by Us Weekly indicated that multiple underlying causes contributed to his passing, including a pulmonary embolism and coagulopathy disorder, a genetic condition that impairs the blood’s ability to form clots properly.
