Advocating for Civilized Dog Raising in Hongyuan Community

Hongyuan Community of Meishan Town, Jinzhai County, has launched an initiative to promote civilized dog raising among its residents. The goal is to maintain a good public environment and order, and create an atmosphere of legal, civilized, and scientific dog raising.

During the event, volunteers educated residents on laws and regulations regarding civilized dog raising, sharing knowledge on the importance of responsible pet ownership. They highlighted the negative impacts of dog barking, dog injuries, walking dogs without leashes, and dog feces polluting the environment on the living environment.

Residents were encouraged to use dog leashes when taking their dogs out, avoid pedestrians and vehicles, and prevent dogs from approaching vulnerable groups such as children, the elderly, and pregnant women. They were also reminded to clean up their dog’s feces in a timely manner and dispose of them properly, keeping the surrounding environment clean and sanitary.

Local resident Aunt Hu expressed her support for the initiative, stating, “Uncivilized dog raising has caused many problems in our daily lives. I hope there will be more publicity so that everyone can be more standardized in their dog raising practices.”

Hongyuan Community plans to continue promoting civilized dog raising through regular publicity activities, aiming to enhance residents’ awareness and encourage responsible pet ownership. By working together, the community hopes to create a beautiful, harmonious, and civilized living environment.
