- Monitoring employee and employer contributions to social organizations such as URSSAF, pension funds, mutuals, and provident funds.
- Administering staff-related tasks, including managing employee entries and exits, calculating allowances, and preparing final account balances and certificates.
- Staying informed about social and labour law regulations.
- Providing support and advice to clients on human resources management.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess a first experience of at least 4 years in payroll management, ideally within an accounting firm. experience handling approximately 400 pays per month and familiarity with multi-convention payroll practices are highly valued.
Education
A degree (BAC+2) with a specialization in payroll is required.
