The Provincial Catastrophe Administration Authority (PDMA) has issued an alert concerning monsoon rains in most areas of Punjab.
A PDMA spokesperson says 50 mm of rain was recorded in Lahore, 39 in Rawalpindi, 79 in Sahiwal, 77 in Toba Tek Singh, 41 in Sialkot, 50 in Gujranwala, 57 mm in Faisalabad.
The spokesman stated that 37 mm of rain was recorded in Multan, 67 in Khanewal, 79 in Rahim Yar Khan, 57 in Dera Ghazi Khan, 26 in Bahawalpur, 14 in Bhakkar, 12 in Jhelum, 8 mm in Joharabad.
Extra rain has been predicted in most components of Punjab throughout the subsequent 24 hours.
