At a UK fan event held in London on May 7, 2026, the film’s cast and production leadership appeared on a black carpet to discuss the project. Attendees included Pedro Pascal, Jon Favreau, Kathleen Kennedy, Sigourney Weaver, and Grogu.
Speaking with the BBC, Pedro Pascal noted that audiences have formed a strong connection with the relationship between Din Djarin, and Grogu. He expressed hope that viewers would treasure many of the moments featured in the film.
Pascal, 51, who is also known for his role in The Last of Us, stated that the project evoked the excitement he felt visiting movie theaters during his childhood.
