The Pennsylvania SPCA’s Animal Law Enforcement team, in coordination with the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department and West Hempfield Township Police, executed a search warrant at the residence following a tip about poor animal conditions.
At the home, agents found 93 animals in distress, including 76 dogs and puppies, 15 cats and kittens, and two Flemish rabbits. The animals were suffering from malnourishment and lack of basic care.
