PHOENIXVILLE, Pa. (AP) — A former special education teacher in Chester County is facing multiple charges related to an alleged sexual relationship with a student, authorities announced Friday.
Michelle Mercogliano, 35, of Phoenixville, is accused of engaging in a sexual relationship with a student from Conestoga High School, according to the Chester County Prosecutor’s Office and Tredyffrin Township Police Department.
