Pension for Women: Registration Deadline Approaching for 63-64 Year-Olds

In 10 days, the first registration phase for the Pension for Well-Being for Women program will close. This initiative, led by Claudia Sheinbaum, aims to support women aged 60 to 64 by providing financial assistance.

Registration for women aged 63 and 64 began on October 7. Interested individuals can register at designated offices of the Secretariat of Well-Being until November 30. Participants will receive a monthly payment of 3,000 pesos through a Banco Bienestar card, with initial payments expected in January next year.

Required Documents for Registration:

Women aged 63 and 64 must visit the offices of the Secretariat of Well-Being and provide the following documents:

• Official ID: Options include an electoral ID, passport, health card, professional license, INAPAM ID, or identity letter.
• Birth Certificate: Original and copy.
• CURP: Recent printout.
• Proof of Address: Must not be older than six months. Acceptable documents include utility bills (light, phone, gas, water, or property tax).
• Contact Phone Numbers: Both landline and mobile.

In the recently presented 2025 budget, the government has allocated approximately 15 billion pesos for this social program. Additionally, further registration dates for women aged 60 to 62 will be announced soon.
