Kuala ​Lumpur, Malaysia – The Malaysian High Court ‌has issued⁣ an order preventing PetroSaudi International ⁤Ltd (PSI) ⁣and its‍ director, ⁢Tarek Obaid, from⁢ accessing or dealing with 2.5 million shares ⁣in palantir Technologies, a US-based software⁢ company.The ruling, made on October 3, 2024, stems from ⁢an application by Malaysian prosecutors under Section ‍53 of the Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism ​Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful Activities Act 2001.
