Understanding the roles: Research, Communications, and Design Teams

A accomplished project hinges on the expertise and collaboration of various teams. Key among these are the research team, the communications and editorial staff, and the graphic design and web publishing group. Each plays a vital role in delivering comprehensive and impactful results.
The research team, led by Jocelyn Kiley, director of political research, includes senior researchers Hannah Harty and baxter Oliphant. Research associates Gabe Borelli and Andrew Daniller, along with research analysts Andy Cerda, Joseph Copeland, and Ted Van green, and research assistant Shanay Gracia, contribute to the team’s analytical capabilities.
Effective communication is ensured by Nida Isaer, senior communications manager, and Mithila Samak, communications associate. David Kent serves as the senior copy editor, ensuring clarity and accuracy in all published materials.
Visual presentation and online delivery are handled by Peter Bell, associate director of design and production; Alissa Scheller, senior information graphics designer; and Reem Nadeem, digital producer.
