Rabadanov, Carmouche Advance to PFL Finals

Gadzhi Rabadanov, a Russian lightweight fighter, is headed to the Professional Fighters League (PFL) finals for the second time in as many years. He secured his spot with a first-round victory over kevin Lee at Intrust Bank Arena in Wichita, Kan., on Friday.
Rabadanov (26-4-2) defeated Lee (20-9) with a series of punches at 2:37 in the first round, extending his winning streak to 14, with four consecutive knockouts. Rabadanov will face Alfie Davis (19-5-1) in the Aug. 15 finals. Davis advanced after a decision win against Brent Primus.

In other action, Liz Carmouche (24-8), former Bellator MMA flyweight champion, earned her place in the PFL finals with a decision victory over Elora Dana (8-1).Carmouche is set to face Jena Bishop (9-2), a grappling expert, who won against Ekaterina Shakalova (9-3) of ukraine with a second-round rear-naked choke.
Carmouche reached the PFL semifinals in 2024 but lost to Taila Santos. Bishop also advanced to the semifinals last year, before losing to Dakota Ditcheva, the eventual champion.
