PGN Announces New Board of Directors and Commissioners

At a General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS), PT Tbk State Gas Company (PGN), a Pertamina Gas Subholding, appointed a new leadership team to strengthen its role in Indonesia’s energy sector.

The GMS, held in Jakarta pusat, Jakarta, appointed Arief Kurnia Risdianto as President Director of PGN. Several othre new directors were also named:
- Infrastructure and Technology Director: CheapManta
- Director of Business Strategy and Growth: Mirza Mahendra
- Finance Director: Chess Dermawan
- Commercial Director: Aldiansyah Icham
- Risk Management Director: Eri Surya Kelana
- Director of HR and Business Support: Rachmat Hutama
Board of Commissioners Appointments
The GMS also established the new Board of Commissioners, effective as of August 27, 2025:
- President Commissioner concurrently Independent Commissioner: Tony Setia Boedi Hoesodo
- Commissioner: Edward Omar Sharif Hiariaj
- Commissioner: Rambe Kamarulzaman
- Commissioner: Thanon Aria Dewarnega
- Independent Commissioner: Conny Lolyta Rumondor
Focus on National Energy Security
With this new leadership, PGN aims to enhance its position as Pertamina’s gas subholding. the company will focus on managing infrastructure and distributing natural gas throughout Indonesia to support national energy security.
The company also reaffirmed its commitment to transformation, efficiency improvements, and expanding the use of natural gas across various sectors, including industry, electricity, transportation, and households.
