The International Master (MA) ​in Management, Law and Humanities of Sport‌ – known as ⁣the FIFA Master – has been recognized as‌ the top-ranked sports management course in Europe for the 13th time in 14​ years. The program ⁣is operated by the International Center for Sport Studies (CIES).

Established in 2000, the FIFA Master is a one-year, pan-European program that accepts a cohort ⁢of up to ⁣32 students. Students study at three institutions: ⁢De Montfort University ‌in Leicester ⁤(UK), SDA Bocconi School of Management in Milan (Italy),⁢ and the ‌University of Neuchâtel (switzerland). CIES ⁢ is headquartered in Switzerland.

As of 2024, approximately 90% of the nearly 700 FIFA Master alumni, representing over 120 countries, are employed within the international sports industry.

The course also held the top European ranking in 2022,⁣ 2023, and 2024, and currently ranks fourth⁤ globally in postgraduate rankings. This consistent performance ⁣underscores the program’s ‍quality and impact.

The ‌FIFA Master is currently celebrating its 25th anniversary (2024-2025), ⁢coinciding with the 30th anniversary of the⁣ CIES.
