English club Leicester City have entered into serious talks with Nantes to sign Egyptian international striker Mostafa Mohamed.
The transfer windows close this evening in each of the five major leagues in England, Spain, Italy, Germany and France.
According to French newspaper L’Equipe, Leicester City have made a strong move to include Mustafa Mohamed on the final day of the transfer market.
The newspaper added that today could be Mustafa Mohamed’s last match in the French league if Leicester City’s bid to include him is successful.

The same newspaper reported yesterday that Mustafa Muhammad rejected an offer of 15 million euros from the Saudi League.
Wolverhampton were also said to be interested in including the player from Nice, before moving towards Borussia Dortmund striker Youssef Moukoko.
Marseille also tried to take the Egyptian striker on loan, but things did not develop according to reports.
Mostafa Mohamed came on as a substitute in Nantes’ first two matches of the new season.
Mustafa Mohamed, the former Zamalek star, started his career in Europe with Galatasaray in 2021.
The international striker moved to Nantes on loan in the summer of 2022 before his transfer was finalized in the summer of 2023.
Mostafa Mohamed played 82 matches for Nantes, scoring 19 goals and assisting in 7 other competitions.
