According to Italian newspaper Corriere della Sera, the Saudi Football Association has paid 50 million euros to end Roberto Mancini’s contract, which has been extended until 2027.
Reports in the duo newspaper have linked Frenchman Hervé Renard and Brazilian Tite to take over the leadership of the Greens, replacing Mancini.
Mancini replaced Harvey Renard as the coach of the Saudi national team last August.
The Euro 2020 title-winning coach led the Saudi national team in 18 matches, during which he recorded 7 wins, 6 draws and 5 losses.
The Saudi national team squandered two valuable points at home in the third stage of the Asian qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup finals.
